Our AMC Services
- Software maintenance and hardware maintenance
- Installation of software packages and hardware provided by the customer and monitoring that all devices such as printers, modem and connected networks are in working condition
- The maintenance services will normally be done between 9.30AM to 5.30PM on all days except Fridays and Holidays.
- Consumables, supply items and computer hardware parts are not included under the contract. These are chargeable separately.
The duties exclude:
- Major upgrade of the machines if the fitments are not brought from Netwaasal
- Major refurbishments of the machines if they are not brought from Netwaasal
- Damage due to accident, flood, neglect, misuse, use of non-standard electric power, bad earthing
- Alteration in the machines by persons other than our company staff.
- Damage due to shifting of machines from one location to another
- Damage due to use of system in improper environmental conditions.
Technical support is available at your place within very short span of time. Online Support is available during office time through Remote Desktop Services, Phone or Internet.
