Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the www.netwaasal.com website. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

Our Services are diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those services.

Your access to, and all of your use of the Website, Products, and/or Services must be lawful and must be in compliance with these Terms, and any other agreement between you and Netwaasal.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Netwaasal will perform services based on a schedule mutually agreed to by the parties

• While booking online for IT services, 10 OMR shall be charged for inspection and error fixing.
  For On-Site service transportation charges may apply.
• Repair estimate of the parts are suspected, in case during repair if we find some other problems will be treated as a new problem, we will intimate the same then processed. For additional services, extra charges will be implied.
• In case of repeat issue/problem we can only be able to give service on address provided at the time of call logged.
• In case after the Service Centre has inspected the product for service but subsequently customer does not wish to get the service done, an inspection charge will be levied and the product will be returned without repair.
• We are not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.
• No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled after the Customer Service Team has reached out to you to resolve the issue.
• We are not liable to pay refund if the customer

All on-site services and response times are subject to the following conditions:

• Performed during Standard Business Hours
• Availability of the services in your area, and the availability of technicians in your area
• Software/Data Backup. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete a backup of all existing data, software, and programs on Supported Products prior to performing any Services

Netwaasal reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 خدماتنا متنوعة، لذا في بعض الأحيان سوف يتم تطبيق بعض الشروط الإضافية أو تنفيذ متطلبات خاصة ببعض المنتجات. أي شروط إضافية سوف تكون موجودة مع الخدمة التي تتطلب تلك الشروط، وتلك الشروط الإضافية سوف تعتبر جزء لا يتجزأ من اتفاقك معنا في حالة استخدامك لتلك الخدمات.

وصولك إلى الموقع واستخدامك له، وكذلك التعامل مع المنتجات أو الخدمات يجب أن يكون قانوني ووفقاً لتلك الشروط والأحكام، وأي اتفاق أخر بينك وبين Netwaasal.

الرسوم والدفع

 تعمل خدمات Netwaasal وفقاً إلى جدول زمني يتفق عليه الطرفان

 عند حجز خدمة تقنية المعلومات (IT)، سوف يتم خصم مبلغ 10 ريال عماني نظير الفحص وإصلاح الخطأ إذا كان في نفس المبلغ

 قد يتم تطبيق رسوم انتقالات نظير الخدمة في المكان المخصص بك.

 هناك رسوم تقديرية لإصلاح الأجزاء، وفي حاله اكتشافنا بعض المشاكل الأخرى أثناء عمليه الإصلاح سوف يتم التعامل معها على أنها مشكلة جديدة، وبالتالي سوف نقوم بتقديرها ومن ثم أصلحها. لأي خدمة إضافية، سوف يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية لها.

 في حالة تكرر الشكوى / المشكلة، فنحن يمكننا فقط تقديم الخدمة في العنوان الذي تم تسجيله في المكالمة الأولى.

 في حالة قيام مركز الصيانة بفحص المنتج من أجل إصلاحه، ولكن لم يرغب العميل في إتمام الخدمة، فسوف يتم دفع رسوم فحص المنتج مع إرجاع المنتج بدون إصلاحه.

 لسنا مسؤولين عن سداد أي مبالغ مالية في حالة تأخر الخدمة أو تعطلها بسبب أي طرف ثالث.

 لن يتم استرداد أي أموال في حالة إلغاء الخدمة من قبلك كعميل، وذلك بعد وصول فريق الصيانة لك من أجل حل المشكلة.

 نحن غير مسؤولين عن دفع أي مبالغ للعميل

 تخضع جميع الخدمات المقدمة في مكان العميل والوقت المستغرق للرد للشروط التالية:

 يتم تقديم الخدمة أثتاء ساعات العمل الرسمية.

 إتاحية تقديم الخدمة في المنطقة الخاصة بك، وتوافر الفنين في منطقتك.

 بخصوص أنظمة التشغيل / البرامج / أي بيانات. فالعميل مسؤول عن أخذ نسخة من جميعهم من أي جهاز قبل بدء تنفيذ الخدمة من جانبنا.

 لدى Netwaasal كل الحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت.
